How do I make a reservation or enquiry?

Our booking form can accommodate booking enquiries from 1 person for a table at lunch to an event for 750 people (our maximum capacity). Smaller bookings for tables in the Market Bar and our other venues will be confirmed instantly if there is availability. 

I'm being asked for my card details for an authentication, what does that mean?

For some bookings, especially at peak times, we ask for a card authentication. This does not remove funds from your card; it just puts a hold on the sum asked for to use as a guarantee to confirm the booking. After your visit the hold is automatically released.

I need to tell you something about my booking, how do I do that?

Simply reply to your booking confirmation email with your message; it will appear in your booking reservation folder on our system as a new message and we will respond promptly.

I want to make an enquiry for a large group event?

We welcome large group enquires and you can make these through our booking form. Just enter the approximate number of people you need to book for and select a possible date (this can be changed later) and send the enquiry to us. We will be back in touch with you (weekdays between 9am and 5pm) very quickly with availability and options.

I need to change the number of people in my booking?
For smaller bookings for the Market Bar restaurant, you can make those changes yourself. Find the booking confirmation email and go to the end and click on the “Change your booking” link.
I'm running late for my reservation, how do I contact you?
You can call us on (01) 613 9094 and select the host stand, or simply reply to your email confirmation with your message and approximate arrival time. If we can adjust your booking to a slightly later time, we’ll be happy to do so. If not, your original end time will remain the same, so we recommend arriving promptly to make the most of your reservation.
